Khalil Herbert
RB - Chicago Bears
2024 Outlook
Bears RB Khalil Herbert is officially active for a Week 18 matchup with the Packers.
Fantasy Impact
Herbert was listed as questionable with a back injury. The 25-year-old will suit up in the Bears’ regular season finale and will likely split time with Roschon Johnson.
Khalil Herbert was limited at practice on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact
Herbert is coming off another huge performance this weekend in the lead role. He should remain in that same role to close the season this week against the Packers.
Khalil Herbert rushed for 124 yards and one touchdown on 18 carries during the Bears' 37-17 win over the Falcons in Week 17. He also caught two of three targets for an additional five yards through the air.
Fantasy Impact
Herbert has been a yardage machine over the last two weeks, amassing 250 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns during that span. One would have to imagine that he has asserted himself as the Bears' No. 1 running back for Week 18 and is also the early favorite to occupy that role in 2024. Fantasy managers should continue to deploy him as a strong RB2 option.
Khalil Herbert ran for 112 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries in the Bears' 27-16 win over the Cardinals. He also caught 1-of-2 targets for an additional nine yards through the air.
Fantasy Impact
Herbert took over as the workhorse with D'Onta Foreman sidelined. He led a Bears rushing attack that ran for 250 yards on the afternoon. He could be in the RB2 conversation next week, especially if Foreman remains sidelined.
Khalil Herbert ran for eight yards on six carries in the Bears '20-17 loss against the Browns. He also caught his lone target for an additional four yards through the air.
Fantasy Impact
It was a rough afternoon for the entire Chicago rushing attack. They'll have a more favorable matchup next week against the Cardinals, though it remains a three-way committee with Roschon Johnson and D'Onta Foreman.
