David Njoku
TE - Cleveland Browns
2024 Outlook
David Njoku was sidelined from practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Njoku is dealing with an illness. It's possible Browns' starters don't play much, if at all this week.
David Njoku caught six of his eight targets for 134 yards and lost a fumble in a 37-20 win over the Jets in Week 17.
Fantasy Impact
Njoku was unstoppable in the first quarter of the Thursday night win. He ripped off catches of 36 and 28 yards on the first drive and ultimately finished the quarter with four catches for 113 yards. He was mostly quiet for the remainder of the game but Njoku now has gotten to at least 91 receiving yards in three of his past four games. He will be a top-six tight end in Week 18 against the Bengals.
David Njoku caught 6-of-9 targets for 44 yards and a touchdown in the Browns' 36-22 win over the Texans.
Fantasy Impact
Njoku has now scored four touchdowns in his past three games, seeing eight targets in all three games with Joe Flacco under center. He has been balling out for fantasy managers for close to the last month now and will look to close the season strong.
David Njoku caught 10-of-14 targets for 104 yards and a touchdown in the Browns' 20-17 comeback win over the Bears on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
Njoku had an absolutely massive game against the Bears, accumulating season-highs in receptions and yards. It's great to see that despite playing with his fourth quarterback of the year, Njoku is getting things done and has chemistry with whoever is throwing him the ball. He'll look to keep up his streak of strong performances against Houston next week.
David Njoku (knee) is good to go for Cleveland's game against the Chicago Bears in Week 15.
Fantasy Impact
Njoku was able to log a full practice on Friday after being sidelined earlier in the week due to a knee injury. It doesn't seem to be a serious issue, given that Cleveland has removed him from the injury report for Sunday and cleared him to play against the Bears. He's coming off of a great performance in Week 14, and fantasy managers should continue to view him as a mid-low TE1 with TD upside.
