Collins is set to make his return to the field after a calf injury forced him to miss a week. It's unclear if he will have any kind of limitations, but he projects to be the team's top wideout regardless. His upside will be capped by the absence of rookie QB C.J. Stroud against the Browns, who is out as he continues to recover from a concussion.
