Gardner Minshew II is not fantasy-relevant with Jalen Hurts starting in Philadelphia

Gardner Minshew II will be watching from the bench as Jalen Hurts starts for the Eagles. Without a starting job, he's not really relevant in fantasy. Minshew is projected to earn 2.1 of his 15 fantasy points by rushing. While it isn't nothing, it isn't a major focus of his gameplan. Projected for 0.7 interceptions compared to 1.4 passing TDs, Minshew isn't not likely to melt down often.
