Fantasy Impact: McKinnon is expected to return after undergoing hernia surgery just over one month ago. It is unclear what role he'll play, but he'll likely have some role in the passing game out of the backfield.

Fantasy Impact: Pacheco will continue to play through toe and ankle injuries. He should remain in his workhorse role for the biggest game of the season.

Fantasy Impact: Thuney was considered a long shot to be able to take the field. He'll remain sidelined after also missing the AFC Championship.

Fantasy Impact: Rodgers is five months removed from his surgery and is aiming to return at the start of the 2024 season, a year after his initial tear. The 40-year-old signal-caller only got four snaps into his Jets career before the injury, redirecting the trajectory of New York's season. His age brings concern when paired with the injury, but there's optimism the Jets could be competitive next season in a tough decision.

Fantasy Impact: After tearing his ACL and MCL in December, Hockenson elected to wait over one month to undergo surgery to allow his MCL to heal. The typical timeline to recovery from this surgery is nine months, which would leave him at a potential return date in early October. This will be a situation to monitor all offseason for fantasy managers regarding one of the top tight ends in the game and in fantasy football.

Fantasy Impact: 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said he expects Kittle to be a full-go at practice on Thursday. Despite not practicing last week, Kittle told reporters he fully expected to be good to play come Sunday and that remains the case.

Fantasy Impact: Moore has not played since Dec. 17, missing the Chiefs' last six games, including the postseason. Despite the Chiefs struggling to find reliable and consistent receiver help, Moore struggled to establish himself in his sophomore season, watching the WR1 role get taken over by rookie Rashee Rice. Moore had just 21 catches for 244 yards in 14 games in 2023 and has played 53% of the team's offensive snaps.

Fantasy Impact: Toney was ruled out for the AFC Championship though according to him on an Instagram live, he wasn't actually hurt. This remains a status to monitor regarding his status for Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Gay was hopeful to play in the AFC Championship, but he was ruled out. He got in full practices this week on Thursday and Friday, putting him on track to return for the Super Bowl.

Fantasy Impact: Jensen, 32, played eight seasons in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens (four) and Buccaneers (five). He missed the entire 2022 and 2023 regular seasons as he battled a knee injury right after hitting his prime moments as a pro -- including a Super Bowl win and his first Pro Bowl nod. Jensen started 90 career games, playing in 100, and appeared in his last game in the 2022 postseason game against the Dallas Cowboys, Tom Brady's last NFL game.

Fantasy Impact: Hunt had been on the injury report for most of the season due to a groin issue. He finished the season rushing for 411 yards and nine touchdowns on 135 carries with 15 receptions while playing through the injury. Hunt is set to enter free agency this offseason.
