The Las Vegas Raiders have selected RB Dylan Laube with the No. 208 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Fantasy Impact: Laube led New Hampshire with 749 rushing yards, nine rushing touchdowns, and tied for the team lead with seven receiving touchdowns. Laube will look to carve out a spot in the Raiders’ backfield during training camp.

Fantasy Impact: This comes with the rumors of the Raiders considering drafting a quarterback early next month. "At the end of the day, listen, Aidan O'Connell played his a** off. He did a hell of a job for us," Pierce said. in an interview. "You're talking about a kid that has the mental toughness to play in the National Football League. Whatever happens and whatever we do it has to go through Aidan O'Connell. Being honest with you because he's earned that right."

Fantasy Impact: According to Dianna Russini of The Athletic, a few teams are expected to be interested in the veteran QB. Garoppolo's release has been anticipated for months, and with the anticipated signing of Gardner Minshew II, he becomes even more expendable. Keep in mind that Garoppolo will also be suspended for the first two games of the 2024 season.

Fantasy Impact: "He's a Raider," Telesco said. Adams appeared to want out of Las Vegas with the previous coaching staff, but he may have new feelings now. The quarterback situation remains something to monitor for the Raiders this offseason.

Fantasy Impact: Pierce took over as the interim head coach after the team fired Josh McDaniels in early November. The team finished with a 5-4 record during his tenure and appeared to be a completely different team under Pierce. The Raiders’ players openly campaigned for the team to hire Pierce at the end of the season.

Fantasy Impact: Crosby spent most of the 2023 season with an injury to his bursa joint. Despite the knee injury, the 26-year-old registered 14.5 sacks in 17 games. The expectation is that Crosby will be ready for the start of the 2024 season.

Jakobi Meyers hauled in 3 of 5 targets for 61 yards and a touchdown, adding a five-yard touchdown run in Sunday's 27-14 win over the Broncos.

Fantasy Impact: Meyers found the end zone both through the air and on the ground Sunday, giving him an even 10 total touchdowns across 16 games in his first season with the Raiders. The fifth-year WR was a solid complement to Davante Adams this season, as Meyers eclipsed 70 receptions and 800 yards.

Tre Tucker caught all five of his targets for 79 yards, adding 11 yards on one carry in Sunday's 27-14 win over the Broncos.

Fantasy Impact: Tucker wrapped up his rookie season with new personal bests in reception and yards. His performance was highlighted by a 47-yard pass play - his third of at least that many yards this season. Obviously, Tucker has serious big-play ability. He caught just 19 passes across 16 games this season, but he averaged 17.4 yards per reception with a couple of touchdowns.

Daniel Carlson made both of his field-goal attempts and all three of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 27-14 win over the Broncos.

Fantasy Impact: Carlson wrapped up a solid season with a perfect performance Sunday afternoon. The veteran kicker finishes the season going 26 for 30 on field-goal attempts with a long of 54 yards. Carlson also made all 32 of his extra-point attempts on the campaign.

Zamir White rushed for 112 yards on 25 carries and caught one pass for nine yards in Sunday's 27-14 win over the Broncos.

Fantasy Impact: White turned in another workhorse effort out of the Raiders' backfield Sunday afternoon, as he got 20-plus carries for the third consecutive week and rushed for more than 100 yards for the second time in that span. Since stepping into the lead-back role in place of Josh Jacobs (quad) back in Week 15, White has averaged 99.3 yards rushing per game at a 4.7 per-carry clip. White has proven he can get it done when called upon.

Fantasy Impact: Gentry, a fifth-year pro out of Michigan, is set to make his first appearance in 2023 and first NFL appearance with a team other than the Pittsburgh Steelers. With the Steelers, he started 25 games in the last two seasons and had 39 catches for 303 yards in four years. He'll serve as a depth option behind Michael Mayer and Austin Hooper to replace Jesper Horsted (IR).

Fantasy Impact: Mayer was sidelined this past Monday. If he remains sidelined this week, Austin Hooper would again be in a bigger role but not one that makes him fantasy relevant.

Brandon Bolden rushed for 25 yards and one touchdown on two carries during the Raiders' 63-21 win over the Chargers in Week 15. He was not targeted in the passing game.

Fantasy Impact: Bolden registered snaps as the Raiders' No. 3 running back with Josh Jacobs (quadriceps) inactive on Thursday. His first touch was shaky, going for a loss of one yard, but he got redemption by taking a direct snap, bouncing outside, turning the corner, and breaking free for a 26-yard touchdown. Despite the solid showing, he remains off the fantasy radar going forward.
