Giants GM Joe Schoen said that using the franchise tag on Saquon Barkley is not "off the table." (Aaron Wilson on Twitter)

Schoen acknowledged that he understands Barkley wants a fair deal. Adam Schefter had just reported on Monday that the Giants were unlikely to use the tag on Barkley, so this remains a situation to monitor.
