Josh Jacobs not expected to have franchise tag placed on him

The Raiders will attempt to re-sign free-agent-to-be running back Josh Jacobs, but they are not expected to tag him. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The franchise tag would cost $14,149,200. The two sides attempted to agree to a long-term deal last offseason, but they weren't able to and Jacobs eventually held out of camp. Despite averaging a career-low 3.5 YPC, he should still draw plenty of interest in free agency.
