This is the second time that Ridder has been benched this season. Last time, his benching was brief and he returned to the starting role after just two games. As Kendall notes, this time could be different, potentially putting an official end to his tenure as Atlanta's starter. He can be dropped in most fantasy leagues and will certainly be a key name to watch during the upcoming offseason.
