Jalen Tolbert finished Sunday's contest against the Giants with five targets, two receptions and two yards receiving yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Tolbert saw more snaps than teammates Brandin Cooks and Michael Gallup due to the Cowboys dominant performance over the Giants, which led Dallas to rest many of their starters during the fourth quarter. Coming into Week 10, Tolbert looked poised to ascend higher on the depth chart due to Gallup's recent struggles. In Week 9, Tolbert scored 13.9-PPR points and local media buzzed whether Tolbert could surpass Gallup on the depth chart. With Gallup catching a touchdown against the Giants, Tolbert's ascension looks to be over before it started. Tolbert should be left on the waiver wire with his current role in this offense.
