Williams is joining the Cardinals as a depth piece on their practice squad. Arizona is likely just kicking the tires to see if he has anything left in the tank after finding some success with the Chiefs a few seasons ago, but he hasn't done much that inspires optimism over the past couple of seasons. He likely won't see the field much this year and isn't worth rostering at this point in his career.
