Shelby Harris signs with Browns

Free agent DT Shelby Harris has agreed to a deal with the Cleveland Browns. (Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Harris started 15 games last season with the Seahawks before he was released earlier in the offseason. He visited the Browns on July 31 and now lands a deal with them. He figures to add some veteran experience to the Browns defensive line.
