Teuvo Teravainen picked up four assists in the Hurricanes' 5-2 win over the Avalanche Thursday night.

Teravainen has heated up in the offensive zone of late, registering points in four of his last five games (two goals, seven assists) in four of his last five games for the Hurricanes. The winger has been one of many mostly steady options as part of a disciplined Carolina forward group for head coach Rod Brindamour, recording 34 points (16 goals, 18 assists) in 50 games so far this season.
