The Orioles have optioned Dillon Tate to Triple-A Norfolk.

Tate is only one of three pitchers in the Orioles’ bullpen that have minor-league options remaining. The move is still a bit of a surprise considering Tate has a 2.84 ERA and a 1.03 WHIP in 11 games this season.
