Fantasy Impact:
The trainer and manager Brandon Hyde came out to check on Kimbrel after the first hitter of the inning, but he remainder in the game. He was removed after allowing a two-run home run. This is the second game in a row in which Kimbrel has struggled, so it is possible that he is dealing with an injury. The Orioles should release more information soon.
