Taylor Rogers struggled through 2/3 of an inning in relief Tuesday, allowing four runs on one hit while also walking three and striking out two, blowing the save chance and taking the loss in the Brewers' 7-5 loss to the Mets.
Fantasy Impact:
Rogers has allowed runs in four of nine September relief appearances, posting an atrocious 10.57 ERA with three blown saves in that span. The 31-year-old left-hander has been extremely disappointing and inconsistent in relief this season, posting a 5.07 ERA and 1.16 WHIP with 79 strikeouts and 31 saves in 62 relief appearances this season.
