We’re officially halfway through the fantasy season which means we’re not too far away from crowning this year’s most accurate fantasy expert. Despite the consistency atop our Season-to-Date Leaderboard, the accuracy title is still up for grabs for any expert who makes a 2nd half push.
Before we get too far ahead of ourselves, though, let’s check in on how the experts did in week 8. We’ll examine who did the best job with their picks in our breakdown of the week’s top 10 experts (out of 130).

Congrats to Bloomberg Sports for nailing down week 8’s most accurate rankings. Bloomberg has a track record of success in our accuracy competitions (top 10 last year and this season) so it’s little surprise to see a strong performance. This past week, they made their mark by putting together the top-rated WR rankings. They had a nice sleeper hit with Andrew Hawkins (their WR #32). That ranking was a full 18 spots above the Expert Consensus, which turned out to be a wise decision as Hawkins posted his best performance of the season (7 rec, 88 yards, 1 TD). Bloomberg also had a good read on Mohamed Sanu (their WR #13). Only 1 expert had a higher rank for the Bengals’ wideout as Sanu tallied 152 total yards in another big game. They were believers in Keenan Allen (+9 rank spots above Consensus) as well. It was a good week to tout Allen as he hauled in just his 1st TD catch of the season in a losing effort vs. the Broncos. Bloomberg was also ahead of the curve with their rating of an under the radar gem: Jonas Gray. Their rank (RB #32) for the Patriots’ RB was 14 spots ahead of the Expert Consensus.
